RCA Child Sponsorship Program
RCA is inviting all donors, individuals. Philanthropic s and church organization to contribute toward the sponsor a child program. Sponsor a child for only $50.00 a month, providing for schooling, books, uniforms, daily meals, basic medical care and psychological guidance. Your sponsorship enables a child to acquire an education and look toward a brighter future. Children and their sponsor exchange cards, letters and photographs bi-annually – just remember, love is a universal language! Helpers are also given priority to participate in RCA volunteer service trips to Africa. This project for both Liberia and Ghana .Here in Ghana, it focuses on the refugee children etc.
RCA School Building Project
RCA is inviting all donors, individuals. Philanthropic s and church organization to contribute toward the school building project comprises of Primary, Junior High School. Senior High School and Vocational Training Center in Grand Gedeh County , south eastern of Liberia The total cost of the school is $ 100.000.00 Beneficiaries are refugee children, Orphan children, Less fortunate ,disadvantaged children and ,rural communities children
RCA Agriculture Project (Swamp Rice)
RCA is inviting all donors, individuals, Philanthropic s and church organization to contribute toward this project. RCA is an organization solely aimed on seeking the well –being of marginalized and hopeless refugee children, orphan, disadvantaged and less fortunate children as well poor communities in Africa. In so doing, the organization is the business of providing the benefactors a skill training opportunities through its formal academic and computer training programs and facilitate self-feeding initiatives through its quick impact swamp rice project after the first twelve months. Research has proven that many refugee children in Africa are living in abject poverty. Hence, parents cannot afford to make end- meet per day among many cases , neither sending their children to school . Among many cases, severe hunger and pestilence are the major factors that have deprived school going children from attending free and compulsory schools in poor communities and refugee camps in Africa .RCA is assuming that the swamp rice project as a component of the overall proposal ,gear towards feeding of the beneficiaries of said program , shall curtail such burden on parents as stated in the above paragraph. The objectives of swamp rice project is aimed at feeding beneficiaries such as refugee , disadvantaged, orphans, less fortunate children and poor communities in Liberia and else where in Africa . Making the (RCA) self-sufficient in food and to improve the feeding program as well as reduction of donors food ration support after the first twelve months. To train the parents of these children in low land or paddy rice farming of the poor communities and to make them self-sufficient in food production as the mean of reducing poverty amongst poor communities. The swamp paddy rice project as a major component of this proposal is significant in the sense that it will contribute to the capacity building of the beneficiaries through the feeding program. Moreover, with a system approach, such project is geared to wards a long term goal , there by providing the organization with a unique position in the food security and self reliance in major food production.RCA’s, Agriculture project (Swamp rice production) is undertaken /carried out by man power. There is no machine used except one power tiller which only comes during the tilling stage, Stage 4 of our defined paddy rice production of the first year. Therefore since we are dealing with mostly under age children , the agric project will employ 40 man power besides, the 10 agric staffs . In order to do so and do it well we must give them a little monthly wages for the first 12 months of the first year .RCA there fore found it wise after a careful scrutiny of wages paid to such people ,this is the proposed wages of each of the hired workers The project is $75.000.00 The project will be located in Grand Gedeh country ,south eastern of Liberia
RCA’s IT Training Project
RCA is inviting all donors, individuals, Philanthropic s and church organization to contribute toward this project. RCA , knowing the fact in today’s world , it is essential for every organization or individual to retain the most well-trained staff to support information technology infrastructure. Without the correct skill time, money can be wasted in training to solve awkward or obscure problem.
With the growing influence of information technology in every type of organization, RCA realizing the need to provide first-class, front- line support which has become essential to make refugee orphan, and disadvantaged children to be part of the global demand for job as well as making them self-reliance . In order to meet these growing demands , RCA finds it necessary to put in place an IT training program to help train refugee, orphan, disadvantaged ,and children in the poor rural communities. The goal can only be achieved with the help of humanitarian organizations , as well as people around the world who are willing to help improve the condition of Africa’s disadvantaged , refugee and orphan children. All of our work forces comprise Christians and non-Christians dedicated to development in Africa, especially less fortunate children and their parents in refugee camps. RCA’s IT project shall be undertaken by competent IT professionals who are qualified to improve the project and to equip others particularly the less fortunate, the disadvantaged and the adults as well as the youth in the rural communities .There fore RCA having seeing the needs of equipping in this area appreciates any donors or donor , organizations or the like to sponsor aforesaid project in kind or in cash in order to maintain those professionals who shall under take this venture The project is $45.000.00 It is located in south eastern , Grand Gedeh Country , Liberia .
