For those who live in war torn countries and those who see them from media such as TV, Radio, and News paper etc, and to those who had the opportunity to visit Refugee camps to see the effect of war, especially refugee children's ,displaced communities and women's lives, how they look and the environment in which they live ,.there is an enormous need to provide assistance to the people in a way as to enable them to sustain themselves.
RCA, knowing the facts that Africa is the second largest continent in the world , where civil conflicts , diseases , and poverty are found , there are also lots of refugee camps, orphans, and street children without better educational facilities, health care and other incentives. Worst of all, parents have no jobs to help educate or feed their children properly, while spending almost all the of their lives in these camps. Considering the above reasons, RCA calls on those who believe in the right of every human being in the modern world to:
